Customer Service
Effectively Communicating with Customer Service It is
our goal at Chaga International to provide the best possible service to
all of our Members and their Customers. In that effort, we have
designed numerous levels of support services, and these services are
expanding as we grow.
Please understand that we receive many calls each day and it is important
for Customer Service to prioritize the calls we receive. People phoning in
and leaving just a phone number and only a first name and just stating
"call me", may not be listed as priority.
Recommended Reading - Visit your Chaga Resource Center in your Merlin back Office for our Recommended Reading List where our Members can be introduced to some amazing books that teach a wide variety of life-changing principles from authors that have impacted so many peoples' lives in a positive way. "I’ve been studying
nutrition and herbs for about 17 years now. I was a member of another well-known nutritional company for years until they switched manufacturers and I didn’t like the product anymore. Ever since, I’ve been dreaming about finding a great company where I could help people with their health, and have a potential to reach financial freedom while helping others to do the same. After a couple of weeks I noticed that I wasn’t “starving” before meals
and I didn’t get irritated before mealtime as I’ve had hypoglycemia for a
long time. After about a month or so I noticed that I wasn’t getting
as tired as I used to in the afternoon. Now I also have better focus
and sleep better too. I used to wake up 3 – 4 times each night.
I was also loosing a lot of hair which was concerning me, but now I have
new hair growing and my gray hair is diminishing. When I started noticing the changes, I started sharing Chaga with my friends and acquaintances. I started using Chaga when my friend, Anne Nyugen, whom I trust and is
also in the field of holistic healing, recommended it to me
and I enrolled as a Member because it saved me money on the
product.
I am receiving it every month through autoship, and I plan on increasing my order as I already had to part with my first bottle for a client who wanted to purchase it right then and there. I know that everyone is different and that I cannot guarantee that this will happen to you or for you, but the testimonies go on and on. |

I had initially agreed to try it for 90 days. After I researched and watched every video, read every article on their website, I was excited and decided to try it. I figured if it could help me noticeably, then I could share it with those that I know have tried everything and are still suffering with ailments and depression, and the plus would be to maybe make a little additional income. I was getting those horrible sores in my mouth right before my first order of Chaga came. I had sold my first bottle so I had to contact my sponsor to purchase another immediately as I knew these sores were coming. I did not know if Chaga would even help but I was desperate and 'felt' that Chaga would help. These sores are so awful, leaving me in terrible pain through my body and mouth for a period of up to two weeks as they run their own course with fevers off and on. The sores fill my mouth, and cover my lips and tongue, and go down into my throat. My body aches as they affect my glands and lymph nodes. Doctors have not been able to agree on what causes it or classify them other than mouth sores or mouth ulcers caused by stress, hormonal changes, and diet. They can be so painful all that I can do is sip liquids and drink protein drinks and lay in bed. In the past when I was working outside of my home, I lost so many days out of work, so much weight and my immune system was so low, I have had to get shots; once I had to go to the hospital for the day for an intravenous and receive B12 shots. In the past I have even left jobs because I could not talk with people without them seeing my mouth, never mind how much I felt like laying on the floor and not move. I have had to cancel appointments because I hurt too much to talk and have no energy. I have suffered with these since I was a child and they do not come as frequently but when they do come, they are worse than when I was younger and take weeks to run its course. As soon as I received my bottle of Chaga, I began taking it as recommended, literally, in the restaurant when my sponsor, Anne, met me to drop off my order. The next day the sores that were already in the process of coming out, were ready and right below my lip on the inside and I could feel a little pain on the side of my tongue but they still did not come out in full force as they always have in the past. I could feel pain in my neck and body and was running a low fever off and on. Within three days my mouth was no longer tingling or itching (which is also another sign that they are just below the surface ready to come). On the fourth day, my body aching was minimized to a 2 (on a scale of 1-10) which is a sign that the 'virus' is running through my system ready to bring on mouth sores. So far there were NO sores! There was very little physical discomfort, no fever and chills, I could eat and talk (without crying or slobbering). I did not have to cancel any appointments, no stress, no pain, no misery! That was only in four days......and they say to give it 90 days. Now I am beginning my third week and I am feeling energy and mental clarity. In addition, after months of not sleeping properly, I have been sleeping! Sleeping without medication. And, even on a very personal note, my libido is returning and I have not had any problems with IBS or with what the daily physical pain that I had become accustomed to. My dog Max, a beagle, is turning 10 this year and has developed arthritis. He has been taking much longer to walk and going up and down the flight of stairs is difficult. I am adding Chaga to his meals and although it has only been three dosages, my daughter mentioned to me that Max was going up and down the stairs with more ease and that the limping is not so defined. I am going to continue giving him Chaga and although my other beagle does not 'need' it, I am starting her on it for preventative measures; she will be 9 this year. I don't know what else to say about it except Thank you Chaga, Thank you Anne, for bringing this powerful and precious and best
medicinal mushroom into my life. As a spiritual and 'wellness'
practitioner, I feel blessed to be able to share Chaga with each of my clients,
family, and friends. Thank you again! |

1990’s I had excellent health. Then something happened that changed the
course of my life and my family’s life. |

My wife called 911 or poison control and they said don’t bother going to
the hospital; just get some charcoal and swallow it. Approximately 20 – 30 minutes later, she returned from the store and I drank 2 glasses full of the charcoal. The rest of that day and night I was hallucinating. I remember I couldn’t see anymore; maybe just shadows that were moving in very slow motion and peoples’ voices were very low and slow –sounding. My wife led me over to my parent’s house where she said I just kept saying goodbye to everyone because I thought I was dying. I kept having to re-breathe the fumes in and out of my mouth and nose. |

Within the first week, my family and I noticed good results – within 6
months after being on Chaga, I started feeling like I did as a young man
again. Now, two years later, I can honestly say that I am 100% back to
great health again! How to Approach Success - Step by Step Most of us dream of having a life of abundance, but often even when we have the right vehicle to get us where we want to go, we find that the prize eludes us. Unfortunately, many of us simply do not have the discipline or patience for success. This is particularly true in Direct Selling as many people flock to the industry that offers so much potential but some people never have the focus and consistency to allow for nurturing and growth of their own development and the development of their network. |

If we look at many
areas in life where we see success like acting, music or sports, it seems
from the outside that many of these professions produce "overnight"
successes when most often the opposite is true.
Success is not an
accident. It does not just happen. It needs to be cultivated
and developed over time. It is our impatience and lack of
consistency that often is our worst enemy, particularly in Network
Marketing as you are building a following. |

If you are not
focused and consistent in your efforts whether investing just few hours a
week or many hours a week, you create a question of your motivations and
true dedication to your goals. You begin to question your success
and so do others. A great metaphor for success I think of is boiling a pot of water. If you stand over it and are impatient, it seems like forever to come to a boil. If you are inconsistent and turn the gas on and off you will likely never see the water boil. This is often how people perform when given a great business opportunity. We all have distractions in our lives - hobbies, family time, etc., but with whatever time you do put into building a life a abundance for yourself and your family, stay focused on your goals, and be consistent and persistent. Just like the old question, "how do you eat an elephant" and the answer "one bite at a time", the path to success is covered by taking it one step at a time and consistently moving forward. If success, however you describe it is your destination, remember it takes genuine patience, focus and consistency to get there. These things are a discipline but the rewards are often beyond your imagination! Live Abundantly,
